Who doesn’t love a good burger? But then, there is good... and there is a bespoke, mouthwatering Bolt On Burger, bursting on to Zero Gravity’s menu from August 1st.
Chef Bhatt Dwarika has created a palette of premium ingredients that form the basis of Dubai’s best- loved beach club, bar and restaurant’s latest culinary concept –
Bolt On Burgers (BOBs). Diners can select from never-seen-before buns including black olive and sea salt, lemongrass and fried onion or brown beer, then ‘Apoint-A-

The indecisive are also catered for with a Chef’s Special selection of Zero Gravity Gourmet Burgers, such as the Chicken Satay Burger of marinated Thai chicken, peanut sauce and citrus salad for just AED 45, and the Ice Cream Burger, with its pancake bun and glazed fruits, if you can find the room...
The BOB menu is launched to coincide with Lost Angels, a glamorous Tuesday event series that treats ladies to exclusive use of Zero Gravity’s top tier for four fours of heavenly drinks, food and entertainment for just AED 100 per female, from 7pm to 11pm. The boys are welcome to take a post in the ground floor bars during this period, and perhaps grab a BOB before the angels descend...
