Brocade Wins ‘SDN Solution Vendor of the Year' at NME Innovation Awards 2014

Brocade has been named ‘Best SDN Solution Vendor of the Year’ by Network Middle East (NME), at the 2014 edition of the NME Innovation awards.

Mr. Hesham El Komy, manager, regional marketing, Turkey, Mediterranean Africa and Middle East at Brocade who collected the award said, “Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is one of the key focus areas for Brocade, and the company is putting a lot of investment in developing innovative solutions that help companies realize the promise of SDN. We are delighted to have won the award which is testament to Brocade’s SDN leadership. Brocade is a pioneer in defining SDN standards and developing open standards networking solutions to provide a clear yet flexible path to SDN adoption.

The award function was held on the 28th of May at Fairmont, The Palm Dubai. The trophy was presented to Brocade in recognition of the networking vendor having the ‘best offering among regional organizations in the field of Software Defined Networking, including technology, products, services and support’.
