Dubai, May, 16 2014: The International Coach Federation (ICF) Dubai Chapter will be holding various events across Dubai and Abu Dhabi during International Coaching Week (18-24 May 2014), to promote the value of working with professional coaches.
Coaching is empowering and immensely beneficial for individuals, as it can facilitate enhanced decision-making skills, increased confidence and new perspectives on personal challenges. This effectively leads to increased productivity, positive changes and return on investment for individuals and corporations.
Eman Gholami, Director of Communications, ICF Dubai Chapter said: “We are excited to provide local residents and organizations an opportunity to experience professional coaching. International Coaching Week activities hosted by the Chapter will highlight benefits of professional coaching as a distinct service, differing greatly from therapy, consulting, mentoring or training. We want individuals to recognize how coaching can positively impact their lives and help maximise their potential.”
The ICF Dubai Chapter is hosting several events throughout the week including seminars and workshops within organizations to increase awareness of the coaching profession. For the general public, the ICF Dubai Chapter is holding an open event for the residents of Dubai to personally experience coaching at Jamaica Blue Coffee Shop, Ibn Battuta Mall on Thursday, 22nd May between 6 pm - 8pm. The ICF Dubai Chapter will be holding an additional event to demonstrate and discuss how coaching can accelerate success for entrepreneurs on Tuesday, 20th May from 7 pm – 9 pm at the Impact Hub in Souq Al Bahar.
The International Coach Federation Dubai Chapter has a member base of 178 coaches that work across different disciplines including Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Life Coaching, Career Coaching and more.
