Advocate Hassan Tamim has signed an international cooperation agreement with Hanson Young & Co. Ltd., a UK-based law firm represented here by Mr. Kamran Dhami of Hanson Young solicitors.
As per the agreement, the two sides will coordinate to refer legal issues to each other and provide their services to companies, government and private corporations, local and expat businessmen and follow up their cases internationally. The Agreement also covers the follow-up of international issues in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Advocate Hassan Tamim said, 'This Agreement will help us serve our clients in cooperation with the leading international law firm. Hanson Young Solicitors will cover from London all areas in the UK and our Office located in Dubai will cover UAE as well as the Arabian Gulf and Middle East countries.'
He said the Agreement also seeks to promote interaction between lawyers, which includes joint cooperation, exchange of experience and legal representation on domestic and international levels. The agreement will include exchange of educational visits, training between the two parties and cooperation between lawyers in both offices on subjects and issues that are of interest to the two parties. The agreement is in line with the objectives and aspirations of Hassan Tamim Advocates to help UAE and British society to face the coming economic boom, especially after the UAE won the bid to host World Expo 2020.
Commenting on the partnership, Kamran Dhami of Hanson Young Solicitors said, “This agreement between our respective firms represents an opportunity for both practises to extend their reach and enables us to provide a full range of services to our clients, both in the UAE and UK.”
“Both firms are dynamic and progressive with highly skilled and experienced lawyers. This collaboration will further strengthen the capabilities of both Tamim Associates and Hanson Young to provide our clients with tailor made and personalised services in the areas of criminal, immigration and family law through to civil, employment, commercial and personal injury law.
“In addition, clients both in the UK and now in the UAE can draw upon the expert advice and representation of a number of highly skilled barristers from several high profile chambers in London,” Kamran Dhami added.
