Samsung offers Photo Lovers access to Photography Seminars

Dubai, UAE – 23 February 2014 – Samsung Gulf Electronics is offering 35 of the UAE’s best shutterbugs and paparazzos free access to PhotoFriday, a full day of seminars, panels and lectures delivered by some of the world’s most renowned photographers. Held on the March 7, PhotoFriday is one in a series of events at GPP2014, the region’s largest photography festival and brainchild of Dubai-based Gulf Photo Plus. From February 23 until March 3, amateur and professional photographers can upload their best snaps to Samsung’s Facebook page, Samsung Gulf, for a chance to win tickets. Each winner will gain entry to four of the day’s 16 seminars, and spend 90 to 360 minutes honing their skills or just getting a handle on the basics.

Just two days later, on March 9, iconic photojournalist and author David Alan Harvey will talk about his illustrious photography career spanning over 40 years with National Geographic, Magnum and a lot more and will share his insights and experiences shooting with the Samsung NX30 and lenses.
