The famous Ti-Bridge by Corum introduces its first feminine model: the Ti-Bridge Lady. Held in place by four diamondset cross-bars, its horizontal baguette movement is exquisitely framed by an original white ceramic case, creating a subtle chemistry between the distinctive tonneau shape of the Bridges collection and an elegantly slender design.

As the new feminine embodiment of the eponymous model launched in 2009, Ti-Bridge Lady provides a fascinating interpretation of the exclusive CO 007 caliber entirely developed and produced by Corum. Loyal to the original horizontal baguette construction and titanium bridges, the movement is adorned with unprecedented decorations in the form of delicate undulating curves also picked up on the caseback. Held by four cross-bars set with white diamonds, this hand-wound mechanical heart beats at the frequency of 4 Hz and has a 72-hour power reserve.

Specially designed to set the stage for this new timekeeping muse from the House of Corum, the case displays its curvaceous tonneau shape in eminently feminine dimensions: 40.90 x 35.20 mm. Its elegance is matched by the complexity of its construction, with its all of a piece ceramic case representing an unusual design approach. This masterful work is a virtuoso achievement in that the dimensions must be accurate to the nearest micron at the end of the firing process during which the volume of the ceramics shrinks by about onethird. Since one challenge leads to another, this monobloc construction also entails fitting the movement on the display side rather than from the back.

Playing with the transparency typical of creations in the Bridges collection, the Ti-Bridge Lady shines within a spectacular dial-free architecture. Whether diamond-set or fashioned from mother-of-pearl and bearing numerals and hour-markers, the inner bezel ring instills an intense sense of depth, topped by the ceramic, gemset 5N 18kt gold or gemset steel bezel once the CO 007 caliber has been fitted. Visible both on the display side and through the ceramic-framed sapphire crystal case-back, the movement reveals the unique linear magic of its mechanism, accentuated by the sunburst brushed finishing on its barrel and the satin-brushed bridges.

Enshrining the feminine quintessence of fine watchmaking, the Ti-Bridge Lady comes in four versions. Three of them come with a white ceramic case fitted with a crocodile leather strap secured by a pin buckle. The first features a 5N 18kt red gold bezel set with 68 diamonds and a mother-of-pearl inner bezel ring bearing Roman numerals and 8 diamond hour-markers. The second is endowed with the same gemsetting, fitted with a steel bezel while the third version has a ceramic bezel and a mother-of-pearl inner bezel ring set with 8 diamonds. Finally, the fourth variation on the Ti-Bridge Lady theme stands out from the rest by swapping the ceramic case for an 18kt white gold version set with a river of diamonds. No less than 304 stones (totaling approx. 2.34 carats) flow over the bezel, lugs and case middle, complemented by 78 diamonds (approx. 0.49 cts) on the inner bezel ring. This model is graced with a white crocodile leather strap complete with a triple folding clasp in 18K white gold set with 26 diamonds (approx. 0.31 cts).
