The spectacular iifa 2013 awards held at Venetian Macau wowed world audiences

The event saw an exuberant medley of styles adorned by India celebrities

Dubai, UAE (July 30, 2013) – The International Indian Film Academy (iifa), conceptualised and produced by Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., wowed the world audiences with a promise to host an even  bigger and better event in 2014 and recreate the magic of Indian cinema in Florida, USA.

The event that was hosted by Shahrukh Khan along with Shahid Kapoor and was attended by notables like Choreographer-Director Prabhudeva, Sridevi, Abhishek Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Dia Mirza, Boman Irani and Anu Kapoor. Others who grace the mega extravaganza included Sushant Singh Rajput, Deepika Padukone, Ayushmann Khurrana, Zayed Khan, Parineeti Chopra, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonu Sood, Sophie Chaudhary, Arjun Kapoor, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Gauhar Khan, and Vir Das.

This year marks 100 years of Indian cinema, therefore an acting and a music workshop were also organised in conjunction with the centenary celebrations. The award ceremony saw exuberant medley of styles worn by celebrities that reflected the current global trend and a fresh approach to the fashion world.
