24 July 2013 - Smartworld, a leading next generation ICT provider in the Middle East and a joint-venture company of Etisalat and Dubai World Central (DWC), hosted a special Iftar dinner for its employees recently at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai. The event is part of the company's celebration of the Holy Month of Ramadan and served as an opportune time to strengthen ties between the company's management team and employees coming from various departments and also from current projects spread across the UAE. On hand to welcome the attendees during the evening's affair were leading Smartworld officials headed by Reyadh Ayesh, CEO and Managing Director (MD). “The Holy Month of Ramadan is a special time to give thanks for all the blessings we have received and also serve as an opportunity to acknowledge the strong support and dedication exemplified by our employees,” said Mahdi Abdulla Ismail Ali Hassan, HR Manager, Smartworld. “It is through events like this that we also aim to create stronger ties between staff coming from our different departments and projects. We are happy that during Ramadan, we all can join together and enjoy one meal as one big family. This is a wonderful show of how unified Smartworld is as a company.”
