Physique 57 Launches in Dubai

CityWalk may not be ready, but the Physique 57 Team is ready to go!

Dubai, United Arab Emirates 17th June- Internationally renowned fitness company Physique 57 announced the launch of its first international location in Dubai this summer with the opening of a state-of-the-art boutique studio in the heart of Jumeirah.

Until the official opening of the studio at CityWalk, Physique 57 is temporarily setting up shop (or more appropriately, barre) and holding classes at DUCTAC, Mall of the Emirates. 

The classes at DUCTAC will follow the signature Physique 57 method, an innovative program that is renowned for "sculpting bodies" and "changing lives." The full body barre-based workout is a 57-minute group exercise class that blends intervals of cardio, strength training, stretching and recovery known to sculpt arms, thighs, seat and abs and build gorgeous, long, lean muscle. Each class is designed to make every second count and give you maximum results in the least amount of time. In just 57 minutes, our strategic sequence of moves works every muscle group in the body and even zeroes in on different fibres within the same muscle.
