One Table, One Spirit: Iftar in Nature This Ramadan
Last Update: Thursday, January 22, 2026 : 15:36 (+4GMT)
Dubai, United Arab Emirates - 22 January 2026 - As the season turns inward, Nara introduces One, By Nature, a Ramadan experience shaped by unity, reflection and the quiet beauty of coming together. Evolving naturally from their Valentine’s Day narrative Two, By Nature, the focus widens from intimacy to community - where love becomes belonging and balance gives way to shared presence.
At Nara in the heart of the Dubai desert, Ramadan evenings unfold gently beneath open skies. Guests arrive as the sun begins to set, welcomed into a serene landscape where stillness, generosity and tradition move in harmony. Camel rides across the dunes, falcon displays at dusk, henna artistry and the soulful sound of live oud create a calm rhythm for the evening, while soft firelight and thoughtful illumination frame moments of pause and connection.
The Iftar experience is designed around gathering and sharing. A comforting, generous offering brings together familiar regional flavours and slow-cooked dishes. The menu spans Red Lentil Soup and classic mezzes, fragrant Chicken Biryani, a selection of stews including Slow-Braised Beef and Prune Tajine and Chicken, Olive and Preserved Lemon Tajine, alongside traditional Lamb Madfoon from the live stations - complemented by fresh salads and warm breads. The evening concludes with timeless Ramadan desserts such as Kunafa, Umm Ali, artisanal Moroccan Pātisserie and premium dates. Intentional, the experience allows conversation and togetherness to lead. The focus is not abundance for its own sake, but the meaning found in what is shared.
On the water, Lady Nara offers a complementary Ramadan experience shaped by reflection and flow. Set against the quiet movement of the creek, the evening unfolds as a serene Iftar voyage - where calm waters, gentle lighting and thoughtful dining create space for connection and contemplation.
Guests will enjoy a curated Iftar menu featuring Levantine salads such as Green Lentil and Celery Salad with Pomegranate Dressing and Levantine Tabbouleh, followed by slow-cooked sharing mains including Kofta and Tomato Tajine, Artichoke and Seasonal Vegetable Tajine and Lamb Madfoon. The experience concludes with classic Ramadan sweets including Mohalabiah Pudding, Artisanal Moroccan Pātisserie and Premium Dates, crafted to unfold gently over the course of the evening. Designed to mirror the same principles of presence and restraint, Lady Nara extends the spirit of One, By Nature onto the water, offering a tranquil setting for shared moments and unhurried conversation.
For those seeking deeper quiet, The Nest by Nara offers an optional overnight stay - a secluded, star-lit retreat that extends the evening into moments of reflection and rest, echoing the same spirit of stillness below.
Throughout Ramadan, One, By Nature positions Nara as a space where many come together as one - where presence replaces noise, empathy replaces excess, and connection becomes the ultimate luxury.
