Dubai, UAE – November 13, 2025: Hotpack, the UAE-based leader in sustainable packaging solutions, has launched the fourth edition of its employee engagement program, ‘Hotpack Happiness Season 4’. The annual initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering employee well-being, teamwork, and a vibrant workplace culture across its regional operations.
Running from October 2025 to January 2026, ‘Hotpack Happiness Season 4’ brings together over 500 employees from Hotpack branches across the UAE to participate in a variety of sporting and artistic competitions. The season features regional rounds followed by an exciting grand finale in January 2026, where finalists from each emirate compete for the Hotpack Championship Trophy and cash prizes. This year, the programme has also been expanded to include Hotpack’s teams in other GCC countries, marking the company’s growing focus on cross-border engagement and cultural connection.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Abdul Jebbar PB, Group Managing Director of Hotpack, said, “We are excited to host the fourth season of the Hotpack Happiness competitions. This event embodies our belief that a happy and motivated workforce is the foundation of our success. This initiative is a celebration of our people, their creativity, their teamwork, and the sense of belonging that defines our culture. Seeing our employees come together with such enthusiasm and spirit truly reinforces what the Hotpack family stands for.”
“We are continuously working to make Hotpack a workplace where everyone feels inspired, supported, and valued. Through initiatives like Hotpack Happiness, we are building stronger teams and also nurturing personal growth, mental wellness, and inclusivity. Our employees are at the heart of everything we do, and investing in their happiness is an investment in the company’s future,” he added.
The sporting events feature an extensive line-up, including cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, tug of war, relay races, chess, carroms, and e-football. Complementing these are a range of creative and performing arts contests such as singing, dancing, painting, photography, poster making, reel making, story writing, and a fashion show. A major highlight of this season is the introduction of the Happiness Marathon, designed to promote fitness, resilience, and camaraderie among employees.
Beyond its focus on sports and the arts, ‘Hotpack Happiness Season 4’ serves as a key platform for employee interaction, leadership development, and cross-department collaboration. By engaging participants from diverse roles and backgrounds, the initiative fosters stronger inter-branch relationships and enhances communication across the company’s UAE network. The programme also provides opportunities for employees to showcase hidden talents, take on leadership roles in team events, and embody Hotpack’s core values of unity, respect, and continuous growth.
Launched in 2021, the Hotpack Happiness initiative has grown into one of the company’s most anticipated employee engagement programs, reflecting Hotpack’s commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Over the years, the initiative has evolved from small-scale wellness and engagement activities into a multi-emirate celebration of teamwork, creativity, and employee spirit. Through Hotpack Happiness initiative, the company continues to reinforce its belief that the well-being and satisfaction of its people are central to sustained organisational growth and success.
