Dubai Customs' Dedication to Client Happiness Shines through Monthly Appreciation Event

Dubai – 30 April 2023: Dubai Customs' mission to provide world-class services with the aim of elevating the happiness level of its clients is manifested through the launch of the monthly Client Appreciation Ceremony. This event honors distinguished clients and companies who have shown outstanding performance and loyalty to Dubai Customs in April. 

Among the esteemed attendees was His Excellency Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, Director General of Dubai Customs and CEO of Dubai Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation. The honorees included Reliance Freight Systems, Bollore Logistics, Allied Enterprises, Premium Express International Couriers, Al Fardan Exchange, and Orbit Logistics.
The Director General of Dubai Customs emphasized that the happiness of clients is a top priority, and the government department is committed to enhancing their experience by providing smart customs services that are efficient, reliable, and of the highest quality. This dedication is in line with the ambitious vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai the city of the future, and transform the Dubai government into a fully smart model.

Meanwhile, Younis Ibrahim (Acting) Director of Client Happiness Department, stated that Dubai Customs is fully committed to achieving customer satisfaction by providing customs services that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The Client Happiness Charter in Dubai Customs aims to engage all customer segments through adopting the best practices in customer service and providing innovative and smart solutions that enhance their happiness. This Charter sets the standard for service quality and enables Dubai Customs to meet and exceed customer expectations for excellence in government services.
