Al Hajri Meets Consumer Goods Traders

Dubai - 05, September 2021: Dubai Municipality recently organized an extensive meeting with consumer goods traders in the emirate to discuss the challenges of this important sector and listen to their proposals to facilitate the procedures and achieve the desired development, in addition to presenting the most prominent proposed improvements to simplify services and facilitate and speed up procedures.
The meeting was conducted in the presence of Dawoud Al Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality, based on the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to make Dubai the preferred destination for investment activities and the best destination for doing business globally.
Dubai Municipality has been keen to intensify efforts in determining the requirements and conditions related to its various fields and specializations, in order to develop and improve them.
The forum has been an ideal platform and a direct window to expand the horizons of serious dialogue and sit face to face with customers to hear their observations and know closely their renewed needs.
It also helped to identify the challenges associated with the requirements and needs and monitor further development opportunities, involving them in improvement initiatives to develop the customer experience, simplifying procedures, and facilitating their journey.
The forum contributes in enhancing the easy business climate in Dubai with the actual and interactive involvement of customers, and studying the possibility of drawing the path by the customers themselves, with the aim of reaching the highest levels of public satisfaction by providing the best smart services in accordance with the finest distinguished practices and approved global standards.
