Aster Joins Hands with Dubai Fitness Challenge 2020 as the Official Hospitals & Clinics Partner

• In alignment with Dubai’s mission to create a fitness focused mindset among the residents, The Group has launched a #LiveBetterwithAster campaign to motivate Dubai residents to actively take-up the 30x30 fitness challenge
• Aster Hospitals and Clinics is offering various free fitness sessions and giveaways through its booths at Dubai Quranic Park and Kite Beach.
• The Group is also initiating a fitness movement among its 19,800+ employees across 7 countries called Aster Well-being Program
5 November 2020, Dubai, UAE: Aster Hospitals & Clinics UAE, a network of 4 hospitals and 90 clinics in the country, is joining hands with Dubai Fitness Challenge 2020 as the official Hospitals and Clinics partner. Through various activities benefitting Dubai residents as well as employees of Aster, the Group is supporting the vision of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, to boost a healthy lifestyle through a simple task of performing 30 minutes of activity for 30 days straight, and thereby tackle the concerns of rising levels of obesity.
This year, Aster Hospitals & Clinics, as official partners of DFC 2020 will put all hands-on-deck to help residents do their part towards an active lifestyle. In order to achieve this objective, Aster Hospitals & Clinics have launched #LiveBetterwithAster campaign for residents of Dubai that will consist of free sessions with fitness experts and health checks at the Fitness Villages in Quranic Park and Kite Beach. In addition, residents will get an opportunity to not just work on their own fitness but also be rewarded for it through participation in contests and giveaways where they can win gift hampers and vouchers. Residents will also be able to avail special discounts in health checkups, between 30th October to 28th November, and avail them at any of the Aster Hospitals and Clinics in UAE before 31 December 2020.

As official partners, Aster Hospitals & Clinics will be working on various initiatives to help motivate residents of Dubai to inculcate fitness regimes as part of their daily lifestyle. We have also launched several initiatives to motivate our own employees to participate in this campaign.”
Aster has also launched the ‘Aster Wellbeing Program’, a group wide campaign to drive employee wellbeing through individual and group initiatives during the month of November. Various fitness sessions are being conducted in various Aster hospital and clinic units for their employees, as well as employees based in Aster units across 7 countries. Fitness challenges and activities have also been introduced for employees to participate in and support their own overall wellbeing.
