Gate Avenue at DIFC Launches Fitness Hub Offering Complimentary Classes during Dubai Fitness Challenge

Gate Avenue Fitness Hub offers more than 20 free fitness classes including HIIT, Pilates, yoga and more from 1 to 7 November 2020

Dubai, UAE - 2nd November 2020:  Gate Avenue at DIFC, one of Dubai’s most sought-after lifestyle destinations, has launched the Gate Avenue Fitness Hub, an exciting week-long activation to encourage the DIFC and wider Dubai community to get active. The packed calendar of complimentary events will run from 1 to 7 November 2020 every day between 4:30PM to 7.00PM. 

Fitness enthusiasts can expect to be trained by the very best instructors from BR Performance Studios, Fitness First, Inspire Yoga and UFC Gym. Located in Gate Avenue – Zone B, boasting workout options for athletes of every level, ‘Gate Avenue Fitness Hub’ offers a diverse selection of indoor and outdoor classes including body combat, cycling and functional fitness training which uses MMA inspired exercises. Participants must carry a towel and water bottle to all classes.

The Gate Avenue Fitness Hub will conclude with an exciting session, Yoga under the Gate, on Saturday 7 November at 4.00PM. In collaboration with Inspire Yoga, this 90 minute signature Vinyasa class will offer a unique twist on the ancient practice of yoga. The session will include a blindfolded and sound off segment to cultivate clarity of mind as participants phase out outside sights and sounds. Participation for this event is free, however pre-registration is required.
