Keeping fit this summer is fun with Club Vista Mare's Core Beats free beach yoga and fitness concert

Waterfront workouts to the beats of live handpan music on Saturday, 27 April
Dubai, UAE, 22 April 2019: Club Vista Mare on Palm Jumeirah is hosting an invigorating eighth edition of Core Beats – the immensely popular, free-to-attend beach yoga and fitness concert – to help kick-start your summer fitness routine.
Held on the beach offering spectacular views, the event has hosted over 2,000 participants so far. Join the event along with your friends to experience high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and immersive yoga to the rhythm of live handpan music by celebrated artist, Anas Alhalabi on Saturday 27 April.
Fitness Beats will start at 5pm, with a 60-minute calorie-busting, HIIT workout conducted by experts from top fitness center, BARE (@baredxb) – Jade Palmer (@jadeashleypalmer), Hendrik Hoogenboezem (@hendrik_hoogen) and Herns Agyemang-Duah (@hernsyhearns).
Yoga Beats will follow at 6pm with yoga gurus from Dubai’s leading studio, Yoga La Vie (@YogaLaVieDub) – Vanessa Roux (@YogaGypsyWarrior), Simona Stanton (@simonastanton) and Jadena Ward (@missgreenteayogi).
Core Beats is held in collaboration with Core Direction, Dubai’s leading fitness, health and wellness online platform. Participants must bring a personal yoga mat or beach towel, and a water bottle to the workout sessions.
