Cricket Legends at Etihad Mall and Barsha Mall

Union Coop organized a ‘meet n’ greet’ tour with veteran cricket legends ‘Mr. Wasim Akram’ and ‘Mr. Mohammad Azharuddin’ on September 27th 2018, Thursday, as a part of consumer happiness initiative 

Dubai, UAE, September 29, 2018:  Retail Pioneer ‘Union Coop’ organized a unique ‘meet n’ greet’ tour for their consumers in their ‘Etihad Mall’ and ‘Al Barsha’ Mall, Dubai respectively. Veteran cricket legends ‘Mr. Wasim Akram’ and ‘Mr. Mohammad Azharuddin’ welcomed their fans during the visit and attended a press conference, wherein they answered press and audience questions.  

Speaking about the event, H.E. Khalid Humaid Bin Diban Al Falasi, CEO of Union Coop said, “Mr. Wasim Akram and Mr. Mohammad Azharuddin have a strong fan base in the UAE, especially among the people from Pakistan and India. Speaking to the media outlets, Mr. Wasim Akram, veteran Pakistani legend said, “UAE is like a second home to me and I always get inspired by the vision of the great leaders about the blessed nation. I have heard a lot about Union Coop from my near and dear ones in the UAE, which is why being a part of this spectacular event was something I was looking forward to…”

On being asked about his experience, Mr. Mohammad Azharuddin, Legendary Indian Cricketer said, “I feel more than glad to be here among the fans, and felt content in realizing that they still love me as they used to in my prime.
