First Private Sector Enterprise to Offer Flexible and Short Working Hours to its Employees on ‘Back to School'

Union Coop offers short and flexible working hours to its employees so that they can accompany their children on the first day of their school
Dubai, UAE, September 02, 2018: As a part of its ‘Employee Happiness’ and Wellbeing initiative, Union Coop becomes the first private enterprise to offer flexible working hours to its staff to escort their children to school. This comes in line with the National Happiness Program and Quality life Initiative ‘Back to School’.
Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid, Director of Human Resources and Emiratisation Department, Union Coop said: “In line with the directives of our great government, Union Coop have decided to offer flexible working hours to the parent staffs at Union Coop. Therefore, they will be able to be with their children on the first day of their school journey, which happens to be a very important occasion in family life.”
