Dubai Festival City's Al Areesh Club partners with Les Mills

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 30, 2018: Al Areesh Club, the family–friendly sports and social destination located in the heart of Dubai Festival City, has partnered with Les Mills, pioneer leaders of the fitness industry in the Middle East, to bring world class fitness experience to the club.
Les Mills promises to make members of Al Areesh Club fall in love with fitness with its cutting-edge exercises mixed with great music in a group environment. Members of Al Areesh Club can now experience a 55 minutes of intense workout such as;
- BODY ATTACK - Sports base high intensity cardio workout
- BODY COMBAT - Mixed martial arts training and
- BODYBALANCE – mind and body class that showcase TAI CHI, YOGA and PILATES workouts

To celebrate the launch of Les Mills, AAC will be hosting a Dance Extravaganza, featuring BodyJam and Zumba dance marathon, on the 25th of July from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. This a free for all event.
