du customers can enjoy the best Value Added Services throughout this special month. Among these is the du MyWorld Video Club, offering unlimited access to Arabic Drama, Arabic Movies, Bollywood Movies, and more for just AED 2 per day with no data charges through myworld.du.ae by just sending 3 to 7788. Customers can also subscribe to the MyWorld Islamic Pack for Islamic TV shows, Quraan, Hadeeth, 360 coverage of Al Haram for just AED 2 per day with no data charges, as well as Islamic ring back tune for Duaa and Azaan shuffle, Anghami Family Pack for access to Islamic content through the Anghami app for 6 accounts in one charge, and a daily schedule for prayer times delivered via SMS.
In the spirit of giving, du customers who pay their bills online via My Account, Quick pay or du app between 15th May to 14th June will have a chance to win their money back.
The telco has also launched special data offers exclusively this Ramadan for post-paid customers to enjoy and share precious moments with loved ones.
du is enables prepaid customers to connect more with their families abroad or in the country throughout the Holy Month with its Internet Calling Packs. By subscribing to the Internet Calling Pack, users can access BOT IM and C’ME apps and get unlimited access to video calls, voice calls and texting across the world for just AED 50 (+VAT) a month.
Additionally, new and existing du Home customers will benefit from free movies on our video on demand Free View service during Ramadan, providing a range of free entertainment for the family to indulge in together.
du prepaid and post-paid customers can activate their Ramadan offers by dialling *055# and selecting ‘Ramadan Offer’. Once activated, they will receive an SMS confirmation. du Home customers can access their free content on-demand by pressing the VOD button on their du TV remote, then pressing ‘More’ in the Ramadan Folder and choosing from a selection of content labelled ‘Ramadan’ folder.
