Emirates Post Group organizes “The Health Day” event at Dubai Karama Central Post Office

Dubai, UAE, October 22, 2017: Emirates Post Group organize, in cooperation with Niron Health Insurance Company, the health insurer for EPG employees, the Health Day event at Dubai Karama Central Post Office, with the participation of number of medical service providers within Niron group. Niron doctors participating in this voluntary campaign that included raising health awareness and dangers of chronic diseases and the examination of diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol in addition to the inspection of bones density, eye and fitness test.
Since its start, the campaign has been very popular and welcomed by the EPG staff, expressing their thanks and gratitude for this generous initiative. The doctors of the participating hospitals and medical centers were ready to provide free medical consultations, blood tests and a number of other tests.
"This campaign comes as part of the Emirates Post Group's commitment to make health as primary focus for every employee. Regular testing can help to detect the underlying diseases. For this reason, it is important to help in organizing such health campaigns" said Obaid Al Qattami, Commercial Executive Director of Emirates Post Group.
Al Qattami added: "The participation in health campaigns comes as a response to community services and cooperation with all institutions for the early detection of chronic diseases. We urge everyone to take advantage of the opportunities offered by medical campaigns and seek medical advice even if he/she is not suffering from any disease such as diabetic and heart diseases”.
