800 DEGREES NEAPOLITAN PIZZERIA makes its Qatar debut at new Doha Festival City

Doha, Qatar, May 24, 2017: 800 DEGREES NEAPOLITAN PIZZERIA, an Italian concept originating from L.A., launches its very first outlet in Qatar atDoha Festival City, it’slargest entertainment, retail and hospitality destination,which opened last month. A hub for fashion and dining along with entertainment attractions, including the Snow Dunes concept, Doha Festival City now has an ideal spot to lounge in with a slice of pure Italian culture. Anthony Carron and two members from the franchise board of 800 DEGREES inaugurated the new branch alongside franchise owner Manish Jeswani on May 21 2017.
The newest pizzeria hot spot offers up areliable selection of bases, including the 95% gluten-free base, and the choicest concocted fresh Italian desserts and coffees. A new menu of assorted appetizers and mains has also been introduced in the new Doha branch, devised by Master Pizzaiolo Rosario Accaria, and will include a fresh take on meaty and vegetarian options. These include a delicious lasagna option for vegetarian and non-vegetarian eaters, a Spaghetti Bolognese, a shrimp risotto Risotto Ai Gamberetti, a mushroom risotto Risotto Ai Fuunghi Porcini and a chocolate fondant called the Tortino al CioccolatoFondente.
Spanning an area of 300 m2, in the Level 1, Next to North Food Court in Doha Festival City, this new development marks the beginning of 800 DEGREES’ expansion across the GCC, with four more outlets on the way in Qatar.
Manish Jeswani, the Managing Director of Eaters LLC and franchise rights owner of the US based 800 DEGREES NEAPOLITAN PIZZERIA, said, “In a little over a year we have expanded across Dubai, and have received amazing response from those who truly enjoy the food and experience in the country. We are hopeful to receive a similar response in Doha at the Doha Festival City. Not only is this our very first branch in Qatar, but it is in one of the next biggest landmark attractions in Doha. Made with specially sourced Napoli 00 flour and ingredients prepared freshly every morning, 800 DEGREES’ traditional Neapolitan Pizzas are baked to perfection in an almond wood-fired oven at 800 Degrees Fahrenheit.800 DEGREESmakes its authentic Pizza Napoletana with flour, salt, water and wild yeast for a fluffy crust and thin base. One can also choose a 95% gluten-free base and over fivechoices of sauces to spice up the traditional Neapolitan Pizza. Customizable from the base up, one can either pickfrom a set menu of specialty pizzas or create one’s own pizza for a truly personal feel. Apart from pizzas, 800 DEGREES also offersa delicious selection of salads, sides, gelato, Italian desserts, coffees and special Italian drinks.
