Restaurant promote regular vegetarian meals as part of New Year resolutions
Dubai, UAE, January 14, 2017: UAE’s pioneer in establishing a full vegetarian Indian Restaurant, KAMAT is advocating regularly eating a balanced vegetarian diet with immune boosting ingredients providing a host of wellness benefits in the New Year.

Vegetables and fruits offer high levels of antioxidants and help fight diseases and contribute to good health. KAMAT chefs use traditional seasonings and aromatic spices to add flavour and enhance the taste of the dishes cooked using traditional methods. Even the breads are done fresh as chapatis and roti’s are best consumed right after being cooked.
KAMAT restaurants are positioned in five strategic locations in Dubai and Sharjah and are hence able to deliver fresh food to the doorstep, delivered in high-grade microwavable containers.
