Product Review: Dabur Real Active Herbal Honey

HONEY....My favorite!!! it has so many benefits that it is also listed as super food. Honey is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. It has flavonoids and antioxidants that helps reduce heart disease and cancers, it also helps in weight loss and cough. One can also use it as a face mask for a glowing skin. 

Dabur Honey has recently launched Real Active Herbal Honey, they come in two flavors;
   a. Honey with Cinnamon 
   b. Honey with Cardamom.

Both are yummy!  I add it to my green tea.

Cinnamon honey I take half a teaspoon with cup Luke water first thing in the morning and I must say It helps in reducing bloating quite a lot.

Face Mask with Cardamom Honey: 
Take one third ripe banana mash it with a fork add half teaspoon of Cardamom Honey, mix well and apply all over your face and neck.  Keep it for half an hour. Rinse with lukewarm water.
