Ajman Crown Prince Visits GITEX 2016

His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman Ajman Executive Council visited the Ajman Government pavilion at GITEX 2016. He was accompanied by Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman, Department of Tourism Development, His Excellency Sultan Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, UAE and a number of officials.

They toured the Ajman government pavilion, which is hosting 12 government entities namely, Ajman E-Government, Ajman Tourism Development, Ajman Economic Department, Ajman Planning and Municipality, Ajman Police GHQ, Ajman Public Transport, Ministry of Interior, Ajman Chamber, Ajman Land and Property, Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Department of Finance and Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Foundation.

The execution and implementation of the smart services across the Emirates of Ajman is the result of the wise guidance of the leadership of the Emirates. All local public and private entities across Ajman are working relentlessly to serve the community and their customers efficiently and effectively. The construction of a green and sustainable economy, whislt making Ajman a vital hub is the emirates key starategy. These technological advancements contribute to improving the performance of the government, who strive to enhance the happiness and well-being of the community.

Amongst other innovative technological achievements the entourage was briefed about the “Ajman Business Map” by Ajman Chamber which will facilitate the interaction between the investors and official entities.  Her Excellency Ohood Ali Shuhail explained about the E-Governments’ “Information Security Program” the launch of this program will raise awareness about the secure environment of internet. This will encourage people to adopt e-services and utilize them for their benefit.

His Excellency Brigadier Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander in Chief of Ajman Police aims to improve customers' confidence in police by involving them in raising the awareness and the security level. He briefed them about the new applications and programs that will ensure faster dissemination of information and better investigative procedures.

On the other hand, the General Command of Ajman Police signed a cooperation agreement with Ajman TV at GITEX technology week 2016 to facilitate exchange of information, media expertise and to organize joint training programs. The agreement was signed by HE Brigadier Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander in Chief of Ajman Police and by the Ajman TV signed by HE Abdullah Murad, Chairman of the Board of Management of Ajman studios and TV in the presence of a number of officials.
