Special Needs Students blend Cause with Creativity through “Assistive Technology” Inspired Calendars
Al Noor Training Centre invites corporates for sponsoring wall and desk calendars painted by Al Noor Students as a part of their fund raising initiative.
Dubai, 10th August 2016, UAE: Al Noor Training Centre is delighted to announce their upcoming Desk and Wall Calendar collection for the year 2017 with a unique and fascinating theme of Assistive Technology (AT).
As a continuation of the ongoing Assitive Technology awareness campaign, the calendar project aims to promote the uptake and usage of assistive technologies amongst people with special needs in the region. After spearheading the AT Expo last year, Al Noor is now looking at more effective and creative ways to manifest the incredible possibilities of Assistive Technology among students, parents and the community.
Inspired by this very potential of AT, students with disabilities will meticulously design the paintings of the calendars. It will definitely be a treat to see how their imagination transcends into masterpieces once the final designs are unveild!
The Calendar Project is a long running initiative for more than two decades that offers corporates various sponsorships opportunities- from exclusive calendar sponsorship, to be calendar partners or a month page sponsor. The calendars will be sold at AED. 15/- each. Companies willing to reflect their social citizenship and achieve CSR goals can have their company branding done on the calendars to reach out to a larger and more targeted audience.
The designer of the desk calendar is Motivate Publishing and designer of the wall calendar is Mojo. Both the design units have put special emphasis on creating an innovative layout and dimension, giving more exposure to the paintings that have been created by the students.
If you think you too can make a difference and support the special cause , contact Apple Castaneda 04-3404844/ Email: apple@alnoorspneeds.ae for sponsorship.
For those who will not be able to sponsor the calendar project, can always support this initiative by sharing links in social media and spreading awareness by word of mouth!
