Dubai, UAE, July 16, 2016: Emirates Post Group’s Postage Paid service has been designed for companies with large outgoing mails on regular basis. Under this service, subscribing companies are permitted to print ‘Postage Paid’ impression on envelopes, based on a contract signed with EPG. This eliminates the need to affix stamps on individual mails.
Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Post Group, Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam, said: “The Postage Paid service provides a quick mail distribution service and saves time and effort. Companies can enjoy the privilege of mailing documents and printed material in large volumes by just printing the Postage Paid impression on each envelope. We believe this service can help businesses speed up the process of dispatching mail items to all parts of the world.”
The Postage Paid service is available to companies that send a minimum of 1,000 postal items per month or 12,000 items per year. The fees payable depend on weight and destination.
To apply for the service, the applicant has to fill up a ‘Business Services Subscription Form’, and submit it along with a trade license copy, passport copy of owner or local sponsor, resident visa copy (for non-GCC partners) and copy of Emirates ID. The request form must be signed by a company signatory. The original trade license needs to be presented at the time of applying for the service.
