International Superstar Emin performs for Dubai's Elite at prestigious Burj Al Arab Event

November 9th, Dubai, UAE – International artist Emin performed for the very first time in the UAE on November 5th as a part of “Russian Seasons in Dubai” – a Russian extravaganza attended by the city’s top socialites from Russian, CIS and European communities.

Emin Agalarov, commonly known as Emin, performed at the Al Falak Ballroom of the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel as part of his plans to expand his presence in the Middle East.  Apart from his renowned hits, he performed songs for his new album “More Amor” as a special treat to his loyal Middle Eastern fan base. His set list included his new single Boomerang (feat. Nile Rodgers) – the only song by a non-British artist to ever make it to the top of BBC Radio 2’s charts. 

“More Amor” is Emin’s 10th album.  Two days after Dubai show Emin became the first ever solo Russian/Azeri artist to break into the top 15 on Billboard Dance Chart. His single Boomerang shot up 8 places this week to land at #14 with a bullet on the chart (which is published 11/21). As well as the Billboard chart, Emin has peaked at #3 on the UK’s Music Week Dance Club singles, and at #44 in the UK’s mainstream single chart on Music Week. Boomerang is also play listed around Europe including Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Ireland - where the song is now play listed at the country’s top radio station RTE Radio 1.
