GOV HR Summit to host influential GCC HR professionals in Abu Dhabi

- Government and public sector representatives from across the GCC region to participate.
- Educational and private sector organizations CrossKnowledge, PwC, HEC Paris in Qatar, and Deloitte amongst others to give keynote presentations.
- Masterclass on ‘Innovation in Leadership’ facilitated by one of the most influential HR thinkers Professor Chris Roebuck.
Dubai, 25th October, 2015 - The third annual GOV HR Summit will begin on 27 October. The two day summit is open to senior c-level executives, managing directors, senior vice presidents, heads of departments and other HR practitioners and professionals in the government, semi-government and public sectors in the GCC region. The masterclass facilitated by Professor Chris Roebuck on ‘Innovation in Leadership’ will be on 29 October.
The theme of this year’s summit is ‘Putting People First: Driving Innovation to Achieve Human Excellence’ and will feature key note presentations and panel discussions on topics such as developing human capital, retention of employees, nationalization policies in the GCC, and innovative youth and women workforce integration initiatives. Speaking on the summit, Mr. Ackash Jain, Director of QnA International said, “We are aiming for a holistic view of HR and its changing role to support new government strategies and priorities in light of current socio-economic challenges at the end of the summit. To this end we have brought together HR professionals from the government, public, and private sectors to increase sharing of knowledge and our learning opportunities.”
The summit will be held at The Ritz Carlton, Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, from 27 – 29 October.
