Dubai Health Authority organises several employee training courses.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, August 27, 2015: The medical education department of the Dubai Health Authority has organised 30 administrative courses for DHA employees for the month of September.
More than 600 employees will take part in the training program.
Dr Jamila Al Shaikh, Director of Medical Education at the DHA, said: “Employee training in medical and non-medical fields is an ongoing progress as we consider regular employee training programs to be a vital tool for the success of our organisation. Training provides numerous benefits, it is one of the best ways to improve intellectual capital of the organisation. It helps build a more efficient, effective and motivated team and most certainly helps improve employee morale.”
The training programs are on various topics including an awareness program for employees in the human resources department about legal procedures. During this training, topics including grievance redressal system and medical liability will be covered.
Other training programs will be held on business communications, strategic planning, training for criterions on Dubai Government Excellence Program(DGEP) etc.
