Dubai Health Authority forms investment and finance committee.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, August 17, 2015: The Dubai Health Authority has formed an investment and finance committee.

His Excellency Humaid Mohammed Obaid Al Qatami, the chairman of the board of the DHA, said that the aim of the committee is to develop mechanisms to diversity and optimize income resources as well as study and implement optimal methods of investment in the field of healthcare.

The eight-member multi-disciplinary team will be headed by Jamal Ahmed Al Jassmi.

The committee will study reports and proposals on development of revenue collection mechanisms and rationalization of costs and expenses. The committee will study ways to diversify revenues and optimize health investment.
