Baume & Mercier celebrates international stars at the Taormina Film festival 2015

TAORMINA, July 13, 2015 – Baume & Mercier partnered the 61st Taormina Film festival and celebrated international stars with Promesse and Clifton creations.

Mr Alain Zimmermann, Baume & Mercier CEO, and the brand director for Italy Mr Beppe Ambrosini, were honored to present awards to four highly successful stars at the renowned Teatro Antico: international actor Rupert Everett and Italian actor Francesco Scianna received timepieces from the Baume & Mercier Clifton collection, while feminine and elegant pieces from the Promesse collection have been offered to the Oscar winner Susan Sarandon and to the lovely Anna Valle.

“Our Maison celebrates moments of life, but also embodies a unique lifestyle and is typically found on the wrists of successful men and women,” said Alain Zimmermann.

An event’s closing gala dinner was then hosted at the Taormina’s La Plage Resort. The breathtaking panorama and prestigious setting delighted more than two hundred guests, many of whom are leading show-business, media or watch industry figures.
