The Role
We are hiring an experienced finance professional with strong exposure to manufacturing operations, product costing, and plant finance to join a leading organization in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates coming from FMCG, food production, beverage, pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, or large-scale industrial environments who have hands-on experience supporting factory operations from a finance and costing perspective. Key responsibilities: - Manage product and manufacturing cost analysis across production operations - Monitor plant performance, operational expenses, and cost variances - Analyze raw material usage, wastage, yield, and process efficiency - Support inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and slow-moving inventory analysis - Prepare management reports, budgeting inputs, and financial performance dashboards - Coordinate with production, supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to improve cost visibility and operational efficiency - Support month-end closing activities related to manufacturing finance and costing - Review Bills of Materials (BOMs), recipes, and cost structures within ERP systems

Requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CMA / CA qualification is highly preferred - 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant costing, or cost accounting - Strong background in FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage, pharma, packaging, or industrial manufacturing sectors - Hands-on experience using SAP CO / SAP FICO or similar ERP systems - Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel knowledge - Experience in inventory analysis, variance reporting, and budgeting - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Background: - Factory finance operations - Product costing and SKU profitability - Manufacturing KPI reporting - Production variance analysis - Cost optimization initiatives Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
