Handling parent inquiries: Providing prompt and professional responses to parents questions and concerns. Supporting communication between families and the nursery team: Facilitating communication to ensure families are informed and engaged. Collaborating with leadership: Working closely with the nurserys leadership team to ensure efficient daily operations. Ensuring compliance with regulations: Adhering to KHDA and other relevant regulatory requirements. Organized and people-focused approach: Thriving in a fast-paced nursery environment and having a customer-service mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills: Effectively communicating with parents, staff, and other stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced nursery environment: Handling the demands of a busy nursery setting with attention to detail.
Requirements Candidate must be based in the UAE Prior experience as a registrar for a similar institution. Excellent organizational skills. Strong computer literacy, with database familiarity. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Working days:- Monday- Friday Work Timings:- 8:00AM-4:00PM
