The Role Manage the full procurement cycle for civil materials and subcontract packages Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and conduct technical & commercial evaluations Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors Identify and develop a reliable supplier/vendor database within the KSA market Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to understand material requirements and timelines Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and cost control measures Prepare comparison sheets and procurement reports for management approval Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply chain issues Ensure all procured materials meet project specifications and quality standards Maintain proper documentation of procurement processes and contracts
Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field 58 years of experience in procurement within construction, preferably with main contractors Strong knowledge of civil materials, subcontracting, and KSA supplier market Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects Strong negotiation and commercial skills Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems Good communication and stakeholder management skills
