Position Title: Landscape Engineer – Luxury Projects Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 15,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Annual Airline Ticket Job Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description: Develop and deliver high-end landscape design concepts for luxury villas and outdoor spaces, including gardens, pools, terraces, and entertainment areas. Prepare complete design documentation such as 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, BOQs, and detailed material specifications. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors, including conducting site visits to ensure design feasibility and integration. Oversee project implementation on-site, ensuring design intent, quality standards, sustainability principles, and client requirements are consistently met

Requirements
About the Client: A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences. Qualifications: 36 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field, with proven experience designing luxury villas and high-end residential landscape projects. Strong technical expertise in plant selection, hardscape materials, outdoor lighting, irrigation systems, and sustainable/modern outdoor living practices suited to climate conditions. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and visualization tools, with excellent design sense, client presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
