The Role Position Title: IT Executive (4 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: ? Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end users ? Manage users in Active Directory / Entra ID. Provide support for SharePoint and OneDrive ? Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs ? Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation
Requirements Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ computer science/ information systems ? 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations ?
