The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing project budgets, analyzing costs, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout all phases of construction projects. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures to monitor project expenditures. - Analyze project progress and costs to identify variances and provide timely recommendations for cost optimization. - Collaborate with project teams to evaluate potential risks and implement mitigation strategies related to cost overruns.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management - Proven experience as a Cost Control Engineer or similar role within construction or engineering projects. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting software/tools. - Excellent understanding of construction processes and project management principles. - Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - must have UAE main contracting experience
