Supervision of site activities including tower erection, stringing, and foundation works 3. Resource management: manpower, machinery, and materials 4. Quality control and compliance with engineering standards and client requirements 5. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management on high-voltage sites 6. Contractor and subcontractor management 7. Progress monitoring and reporting (schedules, KPIs, delays) 8. Risk assessment and mitigation 9. Coordination with design, procurement, and commissioning teams 10. Problem-solving and troubleshooting for site challenges 11. Good communication skills
Requirements 1. Graduation from a college and discipline accredited by NBA is required to be eligible for KSE membership. 2.
