The Role
• Manage full contract lifecycle for curtain wall projects: drafting, negotiation, execution, monitoring • Support bidding, tendering and commercial review for facade projects • Handle contract variations, claims, cost adjustments and disputes • Negotiate with clients, consultants and main contractors on commercial terms • Establish contract templates and risk control system for overseas facade projects • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Engineering Management or related • 3–5 years of overseas commercial/contract management experience; Middle East curtain wall background preferred • Familiar with local construction law, FIDIC and facade contract practices • Excellent negotiation, risk management, commercial analysis and communication skills • Working proficiency in English (written and spoken) • Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable team player • Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment • Good cross-cultural communication skills • Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
