Eid Al Fitr 2018

Dubai and United Arab Emirates being a Muslim country celebrates Eid with great joy and a respect. The Eid is celebrated in UAE on the 1st of Shawwal the 10th Islamic calendar month. The celebration of Eid is a thanksgiving of the end of Ramadan. There are two EIds which have been blessed and have been set as major festivals for Muslims. Eid Ul Firt and Eid Ul Adha.

Eid Ul Fitr is the biggest Muslim festival

Eid is derived from the Arabic word oud or the return this signifies, the return of Eid every year after year as blessing for the muslims & the whole world. The Eid ul Fitr festival is significant as much for its timing as for its religious implications. It is celebrated right after the fasting month of Ramdan (the ninth month of the Muslim year), on the first day of the Shawwal month of the Hijri year (Muslim year).
