Priced at AED 95 per person and available from 6 pm onwards throughout Ramadan, the curated Iftar menu follows a satisfying four-course journey, allowing guests to choose one starter, one main, one sides and one dessert, accompanied by a selection of refreshing mocktails, coffee, tea or water .
The experience begins with light and nourishing starters such as the crisp Iftar Salad with Turkish fig and feta, classic Hummus or the signature Avocado Hummus with pico de gallo and crispy pita. For mains, bold flavours take centre stage with dishes like Shrimp Kibbeh with mint and yogurt sauce, Cajun Kebabs in beef, chicken or shrimp, and succulent Lamb Chops marinated with wild mint and finished with chimichurri.
A comforting selection of sides - from Jambalaya Rice and saffron couscous to mashed potatoes, mac & cheese and grilled vegetables - adds depth and warmth to the table, before the meal concludes on a sweet note with traditional Umm Ali or Pistachio Tres Leches.
To complete the Iftar, guests can choose from a range of beverages including handcrafted mocktails such as High Noon and Sunset Spritz, alongside Arabic and international teas, freshly brewed coffee and still or sparkling water .
