50% discount on Minor & Major services for Ferrari & Maserati

This offer is designed for all models and is valid throughout the month of Ramadan.

We asked Alex Renner, Partner of ARMotors why his company decided to create such an offer. “Well, we are operating our Ferrari and Maserati division for several years now. During this time we understood from our Ferrari as well as Maserati clients that the packages we offer for our Porsche clientele would also be appreciated from their side. In order to prepare these offers we needed to research a bit more, due to the fact that we are talking about two car brands. In addition, we had to pick the right offer for Ramadan, something attractive and also special for the occasion. We looked carefully at the options available and decided to go with a 50% minor and major service offer for both brands Ferrari and Maserati.”

Now, the offer is running for the past two weeks, how do you see the response? Alex replied,” We know out of experience that such campaigns are well received by our clients. We announced this campaign in our regular monthly Newsletter as well as in our SMS broadcast. We are using our well-established on-line channels to inform our loyal customer base about such an offer. The feed back from clients was more than positive. We are giving something back and it is really rewarding to see such a positive response.” You did something similar for Porsche before, correct? “Yes”, Alex replied, “we offered the same campaign for Porsche before with equal positive results. It was difficult not to offer this sort of campaign for our Maserati and Ferrari clients.” 

What would have happened if you had not offered this campaign? Alex replied smiling “I guess a few of the Ferrari and Maserati drivers, who I know personally quite well, would have boycotted us. No, joke aside, we created an expectation for our clients; High quality service at reasonable prices. Our clientele knows our capabilities, level of service, customer centric approach and most importantly on time delivery of the service. Our Minor and Major service has found its place with the owners of both brands and we have to deliver. In the current case, we offer a nice incentive, which is highly appreciated by our customers”.
