Dubai, UAE, 21 June 2015: During Ramadan visitors to Wellness Hub, du’s online portal for wellness offers, will be able to access free basic health checks from Aster DM Healthcare, the leading healthcare service provider in GCC. As well as helping those on lower incomes access to basic health care, du is issuing over 100,000 discount vouchers to spend on selected health products and services on its Wellness Hub site.

The free health checks and Wellness Hub vouchers can be accessed in the ‘Gift of care’ section on www.du.ae/wellnesshub throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan. Unique codes will be issued on Wellness Hub for health checks to be redeemed at the Aster Medical Hospital, or one of their 38 clinics Medical Centres throughout UAE. Free health checks can also be accessed by du mobile customers participating in the company’s ‘Talk to the Stars’ programme - a live Q&A session with leading health experts from Aster (to register call 0555678157 or SMS STAR to 9820).
There are three health checks on offer; a free basic blood pressure, random sugar and BMI check, plus greatly discounted ‘Regular’ and ‘Premium’ packages offering additional tests – each including a Doctor’s consultation. Monitoring these crucial parameters will give people a better insight into their health condition and ensure a healthier fasting month.
Wellness Hub is a no strings attached website with carefully selected offers on products and services from over 30 leading health and activity providers in the UAE. There is no monthly commitment to buy from the website, which is also open to non-du customers.
