The Role
Job Description: Lead end-to-end home maintenance operations, ensuring efficient delivery of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, painting and general handyman services. Manage supervisors, technicians and field teams, including daily job allocation, scheduling, manpower utilization, productivity and quality of completed works. Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and SLAs, including response time, first-time fix, job completion, customer satisfaction, repeat-call reduction and complaint resolution. Oversee operational resources and profitability, including materials/spare parts, subcontractors, vehicles, tools, cost control and coordination with customer service for AMCs and recurring maintenance contracts

Position Title: Operations Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 15,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai About the Client: A newly established professional cleaning and property snagging services company delivering high-quality residential, commercial, specialist window and façade cleaning, and property inspection solutions. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably home maintenance services/companies Ability to manage service delivery while actively generating new business for both cleaning and snagging services. Proven experience in manpower planning, site surveys/inspections, scope preparation, costing, quotations, mobilization, quality control, client management, and coordination of cleaning and/or property inspection teams.
