The Role * Showroom sales role handling professional audio equipment and musical instruments within wholesale/retail/project operations. * Shop Sales Executive position requiring customer-facing sales, ERP usage, invoicing and basic accounting tasks. * Attend and track customers; assist with requirements and direct them to the correct person or department * Answer enquiries in person, by phone and email * Use ERP system for entries, documentation, invoicing, and reports * Receive payments (various modes), invoice, and handle petty cash * Deal with incoming and outgoing posts and deliveries * Assist in sales coordination activities including report generation * Learn about new products and solutions * Arrange and maintain product display racks to ensure products are well-organized, properly displayed, and presentable to customers.
Requirements • Education: Degree / Diploma • Arabic Speaker • Experience with Public Address Systems, Pro Audio, Musical Instruments • Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE • ERP Software Experience (Quotations, Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.) • Excellent Customer Service Skills- friendly, organized, empathetic & attentive. • Good Knowledge of MS Office package • Excellent Communication skills • Fluency in English and Hindi • Accounting Knowledge
