We’re Hiring: Independent Recruitment Consultant — AI Launch Partner Company: Success Factor | Location: Dubai/Remote | Markets: UAE, GCC & Europe Type: Independent Contractor | Compensation: Uncapped Commission SuccessFactor is launching an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to make sourcing, matching and hiring faster and smarter. We’re looking for 1–2 experienced recruitment professionals to join us as independent Launch Partners. What You’ll Do • Help test and refine our recruitment platform before launch • Provide practical feedback on recruiter/employer workflows • Support initial B2B go-to-market activities • Build relationships with employers and secure job mandates • Source, match and place candidates using our AI-powered platform • Manage the recruitment process from vacancy to placement

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For • 3+ years recruitment, executive search or B2B sales experience • Existing employer/HR network or strong business-development ability • Confident winning new recruitment mandates • Comfortable with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn and AI tools • Self-driven, entrepreneurial and comfortable working remotely • Experience in UAE/GCC or European markets is an advantage What You Get • AI-powered recruitment technology • Work remotely across international markets • Uncapped commission on successful placements • Opportunity to join at the platform launch stage • Freedom to build and manage your own recruitment pipeline • Important: Initial platform testing and launch advisory support is unpaid.
