Position Title: Business Development Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary SAR: up to 25K SAR depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: plus company car and car allowances and annual ticket allowance Job Location: Riyadh, KSA (during screening, make sure to verify that they can either be assigned to Al Khobar or Riyadh) About the Client: A leading catering and facilities management services provider in KSA, supporting major industrial and corporate sectors across the Middle East and beyond. Job Description: ? Drive new business for catering and facilities management services across KSA, targeting O&G, EPC, construction, worker camps, and corporate clients. ? Build and manage a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, industry networking and relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. ? Generate RFQs, develop commercial opportunities and coordinate proposals through negotiation and contract finalization. ? Prepare sales forecasts, market/competitor intelligence, BD plans and management reports while achieving agreed revenue targets.

Requirements
Qualifications: ? Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of B2B business development/sales experience in KSA, preferably within contract/industrial catering. ? Strong KSA network across catering, FM, O&G, EPC, construction, camp management, or related support services. ? Demonstrated track record of independently generating leads/RFQs and converting opportunities into revenue/contracts. ? Currently based in KSA with transferable/local visa status and valid Saudi driving license, with flexibility to travel Kingdom-wide.
