Position Title: Project Manager – Interior Design, Fit Out & MEP Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 13,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A market leading Real Estate agency in Dubai Job Description: • Support the SPRM in developing project scopes, execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource requirements. • Coordinate with Consultant and Contractor for the development and implementation of interior-design and fit-out packages. • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life-safety, HVAC, ELV, lighting, and building-services requirements across assigned projects. • Review bills of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, material schedules, quotations, and contractor submissions.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years experience as PM for project management, interior design, fit-out, construction, refurbishment and or property development project delivery. • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a closely related discipline to cover. • With PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent recognised project-management certification • Skilled in MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Dynamics, 3DSMAX
