Description * Support corporate governance, maintaining company records, resolutions, statutory registers, and corporate filings. * Review, draft, and manage contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation while tracking renewals and key obligations. * Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate policies and compliance frameworks. * Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel, and notaries to manage approvals, registrations, and renewals. * Support due diligence, KYC processes, cross-border corporate structures, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration, compliance initiatives, and ad hoc legal projects.
